Terms & Conditions
1. Services
Pure Touch provides professional cleaning and maintenance services across Abu Dhabi. All services are subject to availability and confirmation at the time of booking.
2. Bookings & Payments
Bookings can be made online, via phone, or WhatsApp.
Payment must be made in full before or upon service delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking if payment is not completed.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed in accordance with our Refund Policy.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide safe and reasonable access to the property where services are to be performed.
Valuables and fragile items should be secured before service. Pure Touch will not be liable for damages caused by pre-existing conditions or unsafe environments.
5. Liability
While we strive to deliver services with care and professionalism, Pure Touch is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
In case of damage directly caused by our team, our liability is limited to the cost of the affected service or item repair/replacement (at our discretion).
6. Health & Safety
We use eco-friendly and safe cleaning products. Customers must inform us in advance of any allergies, sensitivities, or hazardous conditions.
7. Changes to Terms
Pure Touch reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the changes.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Abu Dhabi courts.
